Tournament Assignments & Other Details

1) Tournament Assignments are Posted
As promised, tournament assignments were posted this morning November 7, 2016 on the Team Status Page. Each tournament also has it's own tab (use the date and three-letter code to find your event) This will let you see who else is coming to your event. Many events have 20 teams this year. That is the maximum number of teams allowed at our venues. 

Please look for an email from your tournament director soon. 

2) Tournament REGISTRATION Payments are Past Due!
If your team is one of the very few teams who has not yet paid their tournament registration fee, please get that submitted to ORTOP TODAY. All teams who have been assigned to a tournament need to pay their registration fee. Please use this page to submit your payment by credit card.

3) Best Practices When Sending in a Question
As we approach our tournaments more coaches are submitting questions. To make sure your question is answered quickly. Please make sure you follow these steps:
  1. Check the blog/emails for the answer to your question (many times I have already talked about exactly what you are asking). 
  2. Check the ORTOP website for a walkthrough - it might already be there (the yellow box is a great place to check!)
  3. ALWAYS include your team number! 
  4. If you are asking about a specific event include your team number AND your assigned event and DATE.
  5. If it is a question regarding the robot game rules - ask our head referee Tom Mosher fll.rules.or@gmail.com
  6. Include as much detail as is needed. I'd much rather read a long email with details and clear questions, than have to send 5 emails to get the information I need to answer your question.
